Claimfront ("the App") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we may collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

1. Data we may collect

• Account data, such as your email address, when you register or sign in
• Device and session data, such as a device identifier, optional device label, and sign-in session timestamps, to secure your account and let you manage active devices
• Location data from your device GPS, which is required for core gameplay; we may also store your last known position on our servers for gameplay and anti-abuse checks
• Gameplay data, such as owned territories, moves, attacks, upgrades, and other in-game actions
• Technical data, such as device model, app version, language, and basic diagnostic information
• Notification-related data, such as a push token and in-app notification history, if you enable notifications

2. How we use the data

We use this data to:

• create and maintain your game account
• secure sign-in, bind sessions to your device, and let you sign out on other devices
• determine your position on the real-world map for gameplay
• process game actions and show your progress
• send optional notifications related to gameplay
• improve stability, security, balance, and overall user experience
• respond to support requests and bug reports

3. Location data

Location access is required for the main gameplay mechanics of Claimfront. The App uses your device location to determine where you can capture and interact with territories on the map. Your last known coordinates may be stored on our servers while your account is active.

Spoofed or fake GPS locations may be rejected to protect fair play.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share data only when necessary to operate the service, for example with infrastructure providers, analytics, notification, or hosting services that help us run the App.

5. Data retention

We keep data only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the game, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve the service.

6. Your choices

You may:

• stop using the App at any time
• disable optional notifications in your device or app settings
• revoke individual device sessions in Settings → Devices
• contact us to request account or data deletion, where applicable

7. Children's privacy

The App is not intended for children if local law requires parental consent for personal data processing. If you believe a child has provided personal data without proper consent, please contact us.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version should always be considered the current one.
